About Me:

I've lived in Las Vegas for the past 22 years.  I love it here.  It is my home.

I am happily married - in a second marriage - so I know what it's like to have experienced the hard process and pain of divorce, the ups and downs of many years of experience, and the joy and satisfaction of knowing that happiness can be a reality no matter what stage of life we happen to be in.

I have 3 grown sons and 3 beautiful daughters-in-law - with whom I continue to have wonderful relationships - They are all happily married with children.  I have 5 adorable granddaughters and one (handsome, I'm sure) grandson "on the way."

I have always been very passionate about the idea of learning how to create personal happiness and well-being.  I began researching and studying everything I could find when I was 18 years old, and have only increased my level of enthusiasm over the years.  I find that the more I learn, the more I realize there is to learn.  The past few years of research has revealed more new information on the brain, the science of happiness, relationship satisfaction and our overall well-being than we ever thought possible.  It will be a life-long path of exciting discovery for me, and I love sharing the information I have gathered with others, in helping them to create the lives they desire.

There are many theories, opinions, and schools of thought when it comes to therapy and how a therapist should approach client issues and concerns.  I believe that each person is unique, and comes with their own sets of personal backgrounds, beliefs and circumstances.  I pull from many theories, exercises and fields of study to create an experience that fits your particular needs and circumstances.  My clients take ownership of their goals for therapy and the work that they do with me.  This allows them to make healthier choices that will enable them to get their needs met in positive, productive ways.
