Fees & Insurance

 In-Office session fees:
$120 per 50-minute session 

You may receive a discount per session when prepaying for three or more sessions.  Ask about cash discount rate.

Some insurance plans accepted (note insurance plans cover 45 - 50 minute sessions).  It's easy to contact your insurance company and ask if I'm on their provider list.  Some insurance plans will also give you prior-authorization for a number of sessions.  If your deductible has been met, you will only need to pay your co-pay for our visits. 

You may also check with your insurance provider to see if a reimbursement plan is offered.  If desired, a Master Bill can be created which you can submit to your insurance company.  With this Master Bill, many insurance companies may reimburse a percentage of your out-of-pocket fees (20, 30, to 50+%).  

* During the first session you will have a chance to review the Informed Consent, a standard document which details your rights as a patient.
